Total Life Cares Health Center partners with schools, medical providers, courts, and Louisiana Medicaid managed care organizations to provide community-based behavioral health services throughout Baton Rouge and surrounding parishes.

Louisiana Medicaid Managed Care Plans

We provide CPST and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services for Louisiana Medicaid members in Baton Rouge and surrounding parishes. Our team works closely with managed care organizations to ensure timely service initiation, treatment plan alignment, and continuity of care.
